Petit Allonge Bella NY Annual Fall performance allows students to share their achievements in dance onstage for families and friends!

Petit Allongé Bella NY is excited to extend a wonderful opportunity for dancers to showcase their passion and dance skills at Carnegie Hall for an annual Japanese festival “Kajiki’s Show 2025. Where tradition and artistry come together in a celebration of culture and beauty. Dancers will have the privilege of learning original choreography crafted by our esteemed faculty members and participate in the festival to a mesmerizing performance that transcends borders and speaks to the universal language of dance. 

This show is organized by the KJ International Federation of Artists and is not managed by our school.  Please read the requirement below carefully.

PROGRAM

Featuring excerpts from ”Don Quixote”

 

LEVEL, SEEKING

ADVANCED BEGINNER, INTERMEDIATE, ADVANCED, PRE- PROFESSIONAL

 

Lead dancer - Seeking 2 dancers, (non-point, 18+)

Apprentice (Corps de Ballet) - Seeking 4 dancers, (non-point, 18+)

 

​Participating dancers will receive a certificate of completion issued by our school, bearing the name of Carnegie Hall.

ELIGIBILITY

Regular classes are necessary for dancers to be eligible to perform. Students will rehearse during their regularly scheduled class times., and the instructor will determine if additional rehearsal is needed.

 

 

Please make sure you can take one of the following regular classes once a week and attend our classes at least three times a month. If you are absent frequently, your progress may be delayed. Our school's philosophy places more emphasis on the students' approach to daily ballet training and positive attitude because regular training is essential for dancers to prepare for performances.

RULES FOR ABSENCE - 6 WEEKS BEFORE THE SHOW

Dancers' attendance is managed by the school office. Dancers who miss the class from 6 weeks before the show (September 3) may be removed if the instructor deems it more beneficial for the performance overall. If you experience an emergency the day of a class, contact our office as soon as possible. 

 

Inconsistent attendance will affect the class and instructor’s pedagogy and choreographic goals. Excessive lateness will affect participation in performances.

 

 

Failure to adhere to our attendance policies will result in possible suspension from the program, removal from the program, and/or removal from performance opportunities. The decision to implement a consequence is at the sole discretion of the School Directors.

 

 

EXCEPTION OF ABSENCES: 

 

1: COVID-19, Full Contraction/Quarantine

 

2: Injury, Illness, Surgery

 

3: Funeral, Bereavement

 

4: Religious Obligations

 

5: Mandatory Academic Obligations

 

 

ABSENCES: Absences for these reasons will count toward the allowed number of absences. 

 

1: Events (Weddings, Birthday, Family Travels)

 

2:  Auditions, rehearsals and or performances outside Petit Allonge Bella NY

 

3:  Absences not communicated

 

 

WEATHER CONDITIONS: If weather conditions prohibit us from holding classes will be cancelled. We will send notice of cancellation through email or Text.

 

We do our best to stick to our anticipated schedule and timeline but changes often have to be made to the schedule.

FEE

A registration fee is required for all performers participating in the fall performance.  

REGISTRATION FEES: $600.00/one performer

Types of Payment Methods:

FULL PAYMENT ON MAY 28TH, 2025 OR 2 INSTALLMENT ON MAY 28TH, 2025 AND JULY 14TH, 2025 RESPECTIVELY.

 

Includes 10 complimentary tickets for the show

 

Accepted forms of payment: Payments can be made over the Zelle.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATION OR REFUND.

 

WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL OR REFUND AFTER PAYMENT IN ANY CASE.

 

 

The registration fee covers costumes, but not class fees. Class fees are normally $30.00, but dancers accepted into this performance will receive a discount until the end of the performance. Single class fees will be $25.00.

COSTUME 

Costumes is included in the registration fee.

Costume sizes : XS-XL

The dancers will receive specific information about costume.

About Kajiki's Show:

Mr. Kajiki is the leader of the KJ International Federation of Artists, which is a flower arrangement organization that has held festivals in Paris, Hawaii, New York, and Japan. As a representative of the Japanese Government to the United Nations, Mr. Kajiki was recognized in 2016 and donates an annual amount to the Peace Bell at the United Nations Headquarters in New York.

 

 

The KAJIKI'S SHOW, now in its 13th year, has many participants from Japan, with multiple groups performing songs, dances, musical instruments, etc. This is the 4th time our school participating in this show. In the first year, our school owner Isabella performed solo. In the second year, our school students performed.

 

 

Our school's relationship with the KJ International Federation of Artists is confined to directing performances and supporting audience attraction, and we do not engage in any production or contracts with theaters. We have no responsibility for requests for performances or negligence in theaters.

Rule:

Petit Allongé Bella NY has been governed by the following rules and regulations to ensure a calm, secure, and productive atmosphere.

 

 

1:Tattoos must be covered with make-up for performances.

 

 

 

2: Be respectful to your instructors and fellow dancers.

 

 

 

3:Compliance with the artistic decisions made by  Petit Allonge Bella NY facultys. Our faculty is not to be interrupted before, during, or in between classes.

 

Our school takes into account real examples and improvements from past performances objectively, and takes steps to minimize risks when taking on new projects. Our teachers and assistants use their past achievements and experience to instruct performances, choreograph and compose according to the dancers' levels. The goal of the teachers and assistants is to give better performances and send them out into the world, and they promise to be trustworthy with the dancers. 

 

 

4:No loud and boisterous behavior in front of the building.

 

 

 

5:No talking in class. No cell phone using in class.

 

 

 

6:Posting videos or photos taken during unauthorized rehearsals to your own social media accounts is prohibited.  

 

 

7:The financial situation of individual dancers including registration fees, costume fees, etc. is not our responsibility, and we will not give any support regarding transportation expenses for classes and rehearsals.

 

 

8:During the practice for the performances at Petit Allongé Bella NY, the teacher in charge of choreography carefully correct the standing position and composition until the very end to complete the work in a perfect state. The teacher and assistants would work to finish the choreography as quickly as possible, but it's possible that the steps or formation might change depending on the size of the stage and while wearing costumes.

 

 

 

Ballet dancing and the exercises associated with its unusual stress on the body and carry the risk of physical injury. We won't be responsible for any injuries or illnesses caused by unexpected accidents during classes, dress rehearsals, run-throughs and performing at the theater. We won't accept dancers' requests for insurance claims or payment or apologies through lawyers.

 

 

Our school participates in this performance as a year-round event, focusing on the group behavior necessary to create a ballet performance, as well as "human development," which involves working with each dancer individually, believing in the students' potential and growth, and building a solid relationship of trust.

 

 

 

If you break any part of these rules and regulations, you run the risk of being reprimanded, suspended from class, or dismissed from Petit Allongé Bella NY.
